The California Fire Prevention Officers Executive Board of Directors are forming an ad hoc committee to conduct an analysis of our organization's north and south sections. The goal of this committee is to evaluate the potential benefits and challenges of merging these sections into a single, unified organization.

The committee's objective is to complete this analysis by the end of the year and provide a well-informed recommendation on the direction our association should take. This endeavor is important for the future efficiency and effectiveness of our organization, and we value the diverse perspectives and expertise that our members can bring to this discussion.

We invite all interested members to join us for the virtual kickoff meeting on Tuesday, August 20th at 2:00 PM; please RSVP for this meeting by Friday, August 16th.
