Course Description: This course discusses the requirements affecting the design, maintenance and operation of Group R occupancies, including state licensed occupancies. This course will cover which inspections are mandated and which inspections are required annually. The course covers requirements all Group R occupancies including the specific occupancies based on California Community Care Licensing regulated in Appendix Chapter 4 of the 2019 Fire Code and Chapter 4 of the 2019 California Building Code.
