Fire Marshal Ken King will present some best practices for public firework display inspections. This will be a classroom only session reviewing the permit application review, inspection practices, current trends including the use of 1.4G theatrical products and common issues/concerns from previous public outdoor fireworks displays. A focus will be included on factors to consider with displays in and near our wildland urban interface areas from the AHJ perspective. A question and answer session will be included at the end of the presentation. This is intended for professional development and is not intended to replace the current State OFM curriculum.
