FPO Logo Contest – Call for Submissions
It's time for the CA Fire Prevention Officers to have our own logo that represents our unique strengths in California's Fire Service. This logo will replace the Cal Chiefs logo that is currently being used
We are seeking input from our membership for ideas for a brand-new California Fire Prevention Officers logo. We invite you to submit logo designs.
The top 3 logo designs will be shared with our membership for their vote, and the Joint SoCal/NorCal Board will select the winner from the top 3 selected by membership.
Logo designs needs to be:
- Good for both black & white and color
- Connects with the "brand" of fire prevention
- It's easy to remember and catchy - but not necessarily literal
- Northern California and Southern California should have an 'add on' feature to customize the logo for the Northern and Southern divisions of the FPOs.
- Non-copywritten material
Logo designs do not need to be:
- Professionally created (e.g., in Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator)
- In perfect, final format; logo ideas may be further refined using professional graphic artists, if necessary.
If you are submitting variations on a theme, please include all variations on a single submission.
RULES:
Submission is a Word document with your name, contact information, and logo(s) embedded. Do not submit individual graphic files (JPG, PNG, GIF, PSD, EPS, AI etc.). Submit by May 30, 2023
Winning logo design selected by joint fpo board will be announced on June 27, 2023
